A Note about our Data Gathering process

Recruit Data information is gathered from the Press Releases from the Universities. Each school map has a link to the universities press release or signing day information is shown to the left in the university information box.

Careful observers will note that the Service Academies (Air Force, Army, and Navy) do not show up on the recruiting maps. This is due to the fact that the Service Academies do not release incoming recruit names until the students come on campus (This is a link to the Army Press Release).

Summary Data: We have summarized the data and provided it below in PDF format for more easy analysis.

Recruits by State showing in state and out of state summaries (These summary numbers are the numbers that are shown when you select a state and view the number of in state and out of state players).
Recruits by University by State showing in state and out of state summaries (This summary shows the players going to a university by state. This summary represents the results seen when a University is selected, and is summarized by University State - for example, the University of Alabama, Auburn, Troy and the University of Alabama Birmingham are the Univerities in Alabama, and are listed showing the number of in state and out of state recruits coming into the school.
